What is better? lower or higher sensitivity online?

i have it on high at the moment but i was wondering if i should lower it.

Its best that you listen to me( so far I have been lucky on this). Its all about the shakiness of you arm. If you have a stiff arm then raise your turning speed and cursor speed and make you Deadzone a small size(make sure its big enough to have some space for no turning which makes it easier on the aiming). Now if you dont have a steady hand I still reconmend a high turn speed but lower you cursor speed and make you Deadzone bigger.
