How about this...

I was thinking, one time when I joined a Call of Duty: World at War Clan there was about 90 members. I don't write that quick so maybe we should make a member limit. Maybe something like 20 and any one else who wants to join has to at least be level ?. That way we can focus on practicing instead of admitting people.

I'm working on it, and we have an official size range of the clan. about 15-20 people.

It should be 32 as the limit. Then again, we're looking at a small clan where we work together, so we might as well go with ZMT plan.

That works.

We'll probably end up with something around 24, since that's about a medium size clan. 32 is okay too, but it might get a little hard to organize. But whatever, we will wait till ZMT's response.

32 should be the max limit, 24 the minimum.

I think there is general consensus that 32 should be the max since that is the max number of friends.
